The By Any Dreams Necessary College Scholarship is awarded to graduating high school students who are passionate about and inclined toward the arts, and who plan to attend a four-year college/university, or an art focused institution of higher education. Four $1000 scholarships will be awarded to graduating high school seniors at the culmination of each academic year.
